Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information - and the choices you have. Written in plain language, with no hidden clauses.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how I WANT ONLINE Marketing FZ-LLC collects, uses, protects and shares personal information when you visit our website, ask for a free audit, or engage our services. It applies to anyone who interacts with us online or offline in connection with our business.

01

Who we are

"I WANT ONLINE Marketing FZ-LLC" ("we", "us" or "our") is a UAE free-zone establishment that provides search engine optimisation, paid advertising, social media and content services. We act as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

You can reach the controller at FAMC3724 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, write to info@iwantonlinemarketing.com.

02

Information we collect

We only ask for what a genuine conversation or campaign needs. Depending on how you interact with us, that means:

Details you give us

  • Contact details - name, job title, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Business details - website, industry, current marketing activity, targets and budget range.
  • Enquiry content - the message, files, screenshots and account access you send us when requesting an audit or a proposal.
  • Payment details - invoices, purchase orders and transaction records needed to bill you. Card data itself is handled by our payment provider, never by us.

Details collected automatically

  • Usage data - pages viewed, time on page, referring site, country, device and browser type.
  • Technical data - IP address (in abbreviated form), coarse geolocation and error messages.
  • Correspondence - emails, calls and chat logs you start with us, so any colleague can pick the thread up.

Details from other sources

  • Public business directories, LinkedIn and company websites, used to understand a prospective client.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms, used to measure campaign performance and attribution.
03

How we use your information

Your information is used to run the work you asked for and to keep our own operations honest:

  • To answer enquiries, prepare audits, proposals and scopes of work.
  • To deliver, manage and report on SEO, PPC, social media and content campaigns.
  • To invoice, collect payment, keep accounting records and meet tax obligations in the UAE.
  • To provide support, respond to complaints and protect our clients against fraud or abuse.
  • To improve our website, services and internal tools through aggregated analysis.
  • To send you updates, insights or offers that are relevant to your business, where you have agreed to hear from us.
  • To comply with law, court orders and requests from competent UAE authorities.
05

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and tags to keep things working and to understand what visitors read:

  • Strictly necessary - session, security and form-protection cookies. These cannot be switched off.
  • Performance and analytics - aggregated, privacy-respecting measurement of traffic and page behaviour.
  • Marketing - advertising and conversion tags used only with your consent, and used to judge campaign return.

You can accept, refuse or reset non-essential cookies through the banner on our site or your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from reaching us by email or phone.

06

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent client lists. We share data only in these situations:

  • Service providers - hosting, email, CRM, invoicing, storage, analytics and advertising platforms that process data on our instructions under written agreements.
  • Advertising platforms - hashed or aggregated audiences and conversion events, to run and measure the campaigns we manage for you.
  • Professional advisers - auditors, lawyers and accountants, bound by confidentiality.
  • Authorities - regulators, courts or law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose.
  • Business transfer - a buyer or successor in a merger, reorganisation or sale, on terms that keep this policy in force.

We never pass your login credentials to a third party for their own use, and we never publish client lists or campaign results without permission.

07

International transfers

We are based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Some of the platforms we use host data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Economic Area.

When that happens, we use recognised safeguards - contractual confidentiality clauses, standard contractual clauses, or providers that hold recognised certifications - so the level of protection stays broadly equivalent to what you are promised here.

08

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above:

  • Enquiries and proposals - typically 24 months from your last contact with us.
  • Active client records - for the life of the engagement, plus any period needed for support and reporting.
  • Invoices and accounting records - at least 5 years, in line with UAE tax and bookkeeping rules.
  • Marketing consent records - until you withdraw it, plus a short period to prove the withdrawal.
  • Analytics and cookie data - in line with each tool's retention window, usually up to 14 months.

When a retention period ends, records are deleted or permanently anonymised.

09

How we protect your information

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website and forms, and encrypted storage for documents.
  • Role-based access - only the team members working on your account can see your data, and access is reviewed.
  • Two-factor authentication and strong password rules on the tools that hold client information.
  • Confidentiality clauses in every employment and contractor agreement.
  • Backups, monitoring and a written incident-response plan for the unlikely event of a breach.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and creates real risk, we will notify you and any relevant authority without undue delay.

10

Your rights and choices

You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:

  • Confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy of it.
  • Correct anything inaccurate or complete anything incomplete.
  • Delete your information where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
  • Stop or pause processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw marketing consent, or move your data to another provider in a portable format.
  • Refuse automated decisions that have a significant effect on you.

Email info@iwantonlinemarketing.com with the subject line "Data request". We will verify your identity and reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the UAE data protection authority or the regulator of the country where you live.

11

Marketing communications

We only send marketing where you have opted in, or where we have a relevant business relationship and the law allows it. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at info@iwantonlinemarketing.com. Requests are actioned within 48 hours.

12

Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, tell us and we will remove it.

13

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our services or the law change. The current version and its date always appear at the top of this page; material changes will also be announced on the website or by email where you have an account with us.
